EP. 33 Working, Motherhood and Thriving: Brittany's journey from single mom to a stay-at-home mom of two.
In this week's episode, Brittany (mama of 2 and member of of my online health and wellness community Thrive Tribe) shares with us how motherhood has been for her from being a single full-time working mom when she initially became a mother, to now being a stay-at-home mom of two. We talk about mental health and the obstacles she has had to overcome while still working on herself daily. She has found that having a morning routine allows her to start her days with more energy and it has been wonderful for her health physically, emotionally and mentally. Wellness has become a part of her daily habits, allowing her to feel like she is thriving in motherhood instead of just surviving it.
